Christina Panagidou presents "10 ways to love yourself".

Presentation based on the philosophy of Louise Hay enriched with valuable information, techniques and relaxation exercises to help you love yourself completely.

The presentation will take place at the Municipal Exhibition Hall (Gallery) of Lakatamia.

The presentation cost 20€. A portion of the proceeds will go to the "Charisma" Foundation.
